Gooey Pumpkin Cakes Recipe

These pumpkin cakes just like magical elfins which can bring you to experience a yummy food paradise. The cakes are soft, sweet and fragrant. They can be a good breakfast or a nice dessert for your afternoon tea. Both the kids and adults will like them plus they are easy to make. You can serve them in your next party and they are sure to be a hit!


For the Cake:

yellow cake mix, eggs, melted butter

For the Filling:

cream cheese, canned pumpkin, eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream, peanut brittle for toppings


Firstly, preheat an oven to 350 degrees and prepare several greased cake pans.

Secondly, make the cakes.

Put the cake mix, eggs and butter together in a bowl and mix well. Knead the dough by hand for several minutes and divide it into 10 balls evenly. Press each ball with your palm and place them into the prepared cake pans.

Thirdly, make the filling.

Stir the cream cheese and pumpkin in a large bowl until smooth. Whisk in eggs, vanilla and butter. Put the powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and combine all of them completely. Scoop the mixture to put on the top of the cakes with a spoon.

Next, place the cake pans into the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes until the center of the cakes is a little gooey. Be sure not to over bake. Take them out of the oven and let them cool thoroughly. Remove the cakes from the pans to a large plate.

Finally, top the cakes with some fresh whipped cream and peanut brittle. Tips: You can also prepare some fresh berries. Rather use them as the ingredients of the cake or for the topping, they will make your cakes more beautiful and delicious.
